This simple but powerful prayer can be prayed in less than a minute each day.
"Lord, may You graciously bless the churches and various ministries within my city
with a vision to reach and bless the nations—especially those with the least access to the gospel
as well as those you have providentially brought to live in my city."
If you are feeling the tug of the Holy Spirit we encourage you to write this prayer down ... or one similar to it in your own words. You can even put it on a note card and tape it where it will best serve to remind you to pray each day — perhaps a bathroom mirror, car dashboard, refrigerator door, or use it as a bookmark in your Bible.
As you importune in prayer and faith, God will be doing a powerful work in the hearts of His people throughout your city, so take time to give thanks each day for the answers that will be forthcoming - in His time.
